The staff involved me in several poolside activities such as aqua aerobics. The pools were clean.. I particularly enjoyed the swim-up bar. The on-site restaurant had a wide variety of food, including many fresh options.
The hotel shop's prices changed based on my perceived ability to pay.

The Animation Team were AMAZING!!! They worked so hard to ensure everyone had a super time. Activities happened every day, offering many options. Bebo, Marina, and Yousef made each day so much fun. They made sure everyone found something to enjoy. THANK you for making my holiday so great. I will be back!
The bar service was quite slow at times near the pool. I found I had to wait longer than expected, a little inconvenient when trying to relax. I hope this improves in the future.
